Finding and contacting businesses
How do I find a business or service?
Use search to explore businesses and services near your chosen location. Open a profile to see its services, menus and available contact options.
Can I book with every listed business?
No. Booking, ordering, quotes and messaging depend on the business. Use the options shown on its profile. Unclaimed directory listings do not accept bookings or orders through Fastezi.
Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
A booking request awaits the business's confirmation. Check the status of your request. Quote dates are preferences and do not reserve a time; services and extras shown at Review are estimates, with tax and the final amount settled in the pre-invoice or invoice.
Which timezone do booking times use?
Times use the business's timezone, shown in the booking flow. Check that timezone when selecting or reviewing a time.
Plans and pricing
Free includes every non-AI business feature. Its limit is three confirmed bookings per business-local month, shared by online bookings, manual bookings and food orders. Paid plans add unlimited confirmations and AI. Review the current paid-plan prices when registering or in Billing.
What happens when Free reaches its monthly limit?
New booking and quote requests, and additional first confirmations, stop until the next business-local month or an upgrade. Messages and other non-AI tools remain available.
Are AI features included in Free?
AI features require a paid plan. Manual business tools remain available on Free.
Listings and support
What does Unclaimed mean?
The business has not claimed or verified its directory information on Fastezi. The listing does not imply endorsement or current operating status. Learn how to claim, correct or remove a listing.
Do I need an account to contact support?
You can sign in or verify your email to continue as a guest. Support lets you create a ticket and follow replies. You do not need a paid plan.
