Business information from public sources

Fastezi uses Overture Maps Foundation Places data to help people discover businesses. An unclaimed listing is a source-based directory entry. It does not mean the business has registered with Fastezi, endorsed the platform, verified the details or is currently open. Booking and ordering are not available on unclaimed profiles. Eligible profiles may offer a customer enquiry form.

Public listings show the business name, category, address or area, map coordinates, source credits and dataset release. Details may be incomplete or outdated. A release date describes the dataset, not a recent check of the business.

What stays private

Imported phone numbers, email addresses and complete original source records are stored privately for listing administration and review. They are excluded from public profiles, search results and map responses. Claiming a listing does not automatically publish its imported contact details.

Claim, correction and removal forms collect your name, email, the listing reference or business name, and any optional phone number and message you provide. Authorized administrators use this information to review and respond to your request. Request details are private; administrator notification emails include your name, email and message and are processed by our email provider.

Please include only what is needed to identify the listing and explain the issue. Do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.

Messages to unclaimed businesses

Published, unclaimed profiles with a valid stored email offer customer enquiries automatically, subject to unsubscribe choices, contact blocks and notification availability. Signed-in customers with a verified account email can write an enquiry. Before sending, you review and approve an email preview containing your first name and up to 120 characters or half your message, whichever is shorter. We remove recognizable email addresses, phone numbers and links from the preview. Avoid sensitive details; this filter cannot recognize every kind of personal information.

Our email provider sends the preview to the privately stored business contact and invites the business to claim its profile for free. The first notification is queued promptly; subsequent new messages are grouped into at most one email per 24 hours for that address. Delivery and a reply are not guaranteed. Every notice includes an unsubscribe link.

The full message becomes available to the business only after ownership verification and administrator approval. You and the approved owner can then read and reply through Messages without a paid plan. If the business does not claim within 90 days, the message becomes unavailable and its text and stored email preview are removed by our cleanup process. Copies already delivered to an external mailbox cannot be recalled. Minimal delivery, contact-review and suppression records remain; approved conversations follow our ordinary messaging and account-closure policies.

Correction, removal and privacy concerns

You can request a correction or removal without claiming the business, creating an account or buying a plan. If a listing exposes a home address or other information that creates a privacy or safety concern, identify that concern in your request. You can also contact [email protected] for access, correction, removal or other privacy questions.

Requests go to administrator review; submitting a request does not automatically remove a listing. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. A completed directory removal clears its imported facts from the active listing and retains a blocked source identifier to prevent that same record being imported again. Private request and audit records remain separate for handling requests and documenting their resolution. Backups and source archives are subject to the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Removal from Fastezi does not alter Overture or another provider's database. The directory guide explains ownership requests.

Source: Overture Maps Foundation. Each profile preserves its recorded provider credits and source release. The following providers appear in our Ontario import; a provider need not contribute to every listing.

Fastezi modifications, October 20, 2026: selected Ontario records, excluded duplicate source records, normalized displayed fields, mapped source activities into directory categories and omitted imported contact fields from public display. Administrator-approved corrections may update displayed facts. These changes do not indicate endorsement by a source provider.
