These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fastezi, operated by Flexitech Dynamics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Fastezi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Fastezi

Fastezi is a technology platform that helps customers find independent service providers and helps businesses manage profiles, services, bookings, customers, communications, calendars, quotes, invoices, and related operations.

Fastezi is not the provider of services listed by independent businesses. Businesses are independent from Fastezi and are responsible for the services they offer and perform.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information when it changes.

You are responsible for activity under your account, except where unauthorized activity occurs through no fault of your own.

3. Business Listings and Services

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, services, pricing, availability, licenses, insurance, qualifications, photos, reviews responses, and customer communications.

Fastezi may review, hide, suspend, or remove business listings or content that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

4. Bookings, Quotes, Invoices, and Payments

Bookings, estimates, quotes, invoices, cancellations, refunds, warranties, and service outcomes are primarily between the customer and the independent business unless Fastezi expressly states otherwise.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Additional provider terms may apply.

5. User Content

You may submit content such as profile details, business descriptions, photos, documents, messages, service details, and reviews. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

You grant Fastezi a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences. You may not submit fake, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or paid reviews unless clearly permitted and disclosed by law and platform policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse Fastezi, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy data at scale without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, violate third-party rights, commit fraud, or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

8. AI-Assisted Features

Fastezi may provide AI-assisted tools. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions, messages, quotes, invoices, service details, or other actions taken using AI-assisted output.

9. Platform Availability

We work to keep Fastezi reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

10. Third-Party Services

Fastezi may integrate with third-party services for authentication, maps, payments, hosting, email, storage, analytics, and other operations. Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using Fastezi, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fastezi if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or used the Service unlawfully.

13. Disclaimers

Fastezi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flexitech Dynamics and Fastezi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of Fastezi after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
