Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fastezi, operated by Flexitech Dynamics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Fastezi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Fastezi

Fastezi is a technology platform that helps customers find independent service providers and helps businesses manage profiles, services, bookings, customers, communications, calendars, quotes, invoices, and related operations.

Fastezi is not the provider of services listed by independent businesses. Businesses are independent from Fastezi and are responsible for the services they offer and perform.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information when it changes.

You are responsible for activity under your account, except where unauthorized activity occurs through no fault of your own.

3. Business Listings and Services

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, services, pricing, availability, licenses, insurance, qualifications, photos, reviews responses, and customer communications.

Fastezi may review, hide, suspend, or remove business listings or content that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

4. Bookings, Quotes, Invoices, and Payments

Bookings, estimates, quotes, invoices, cancellations, refunds, warranties, and service outcomes are primarily between the customer and the independent business unless Fastezi expressly states otherwise.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Additional provider terms may apply.

5. User Content

You may submit content such as profile details, business descriptions, photos, documents, messages, service details, and reviews. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

You grant Fastezi a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences. You may not submit fake, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or paid reviews unless clearly permitted and disclosed by law and platform policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse Fastezi, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy data at scale without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, violate third-party rights, commit fraud, or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

8. AI-Assisted Features

Fastezi may provide AI-assisted tools. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions, messages, quotes, invoices, service details, or other actions taken using AI-assisted output.

9. Platform Availability

We work to keep Fastezi reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

10. Third-Party Services

Fastezi may integrate with third-party services for authentication, maps, payments, hosting, email, storage, analytics, and other operations. Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using Fastezi, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fastezi if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or used the Service unlawfully.

Closing your account

Customers who do not own a business can review closure from Account settings. Business owners use Business dashboard > Settings > Review account closure. Owner account closure includes the owner's sign-in account and every business they own, even when started from one business's Settings. The review identifies all affected businesses before confirmation. It does not delete another owner's account or close a single business while preserving the same owner's sign-in.

The review shows all your invoices, your businesses' open bookings and your own personal bookings for your information. You do not need to cancel bookings, settle invoices or download records to request closure. You can optionally download these lists as CSV files and individual invoices as PDFs before confirming. Existing bookings are not automatically canceled, invoices are not automatically paid or voided, and their status is not changed by closure. Closing an account does not pay or forgive an obligation. Fastezi subscription payment checks, unresolved subscription checkouts and identity/security checks are separate. Site administrator access must be reassigned and disabled first.

Closure review and record downloads remain available after subscription access ends. Download any records you want to keep before confirmation: after closure you cannot sign in to view or manage them. Other parties may retain access to shared booking and invoice records. If a download fails, you may continue without it or contact [email protected] for help obtaining a copy. A privacy request can still be made through the Privacy Policy contact route. We may retain records needed to resolve outstanding obligations without requiring retention of unrelated personal information.

After you acknowledge the closure disclosure, confirm deletion and verify your identity, Fastezi repeats account-scope and security checks and verifies Fastezi subscription payment-provider obligations and renewal settings. Closure ends subscriptions and stops renewal as part of processing, instead of scheduling cancellation for the end of the billing period. Sign-in, operational access, new bookings and chat are disabled as closure proceeds. Prior payments are not automatically refunded; applicable refund rights are unaffected.

Only the public business listing remains, with its name, description, logo, public images and category. Structured telephone, email, website and address fields are removed. Before confirmation, remove any contact information embedded in the public description or images that you do not want retained. Eligible private information is erased; shared records and restricted financial or other required evidence follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. A customer without a business does not retain a public business listing.

We provide a closure reference and prepare a confirmation email after all required closure steps finish. A submitted request is not confirmation that deletion has completed. Fastezi subscription payment or security issues, legal holds or provider failures may require further review; open bookings and unpaid business/customer invoices do not prevent closure. Closing an account cannot be undone. Backups and external providers follow their applicable retention schedules.

13. Disclaimers

Fastezi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flexitech Dynamics and Fastezi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of Fastezi after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
