Fastezi does not provide, control, or guarantee services offered by independent businesses listed on the platform.

Financial and invoice information

For business management features, we may store quotes, estimates, invoices, invoice items, subscription records, payment status, and payment-related records. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Fastezi does not store full payment card numbers.

Uploaded content

Users may upload photos, documents, business files, invoice attachments, booking photos, message attachments, profile images, and other content related to their services. You remain responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Location information

With your permission or when you enter an address, Fastezi may collect location information to improve search results, show nearby businesses, manage service areas, support booking or dispatch workflows, and provide location-based features. You can control device location permissions through your browser or device settings.

Device, usage, and diagnostics

We may collect device type, operating system, browser information, IP-derived diagnostics, application usage information, analytics data, crash reports, webhook records, and safe operational logs. This helps us improve reliability, security, fraud prevention, and user experience.

Fastezi may provide AI-powered features such as AI assistants, automated customer communication, booking assistance, business tools, and invoice or message drafting.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should verify important information before relying on AI-generated content. AI features do not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, safety, or trade advice.

With your permission or where allowed by law, Fastezi may send transactional notifications about bookings, account activity, business operations, invoices, service updates, and security. You can manage push notifications through device or browser settings.

Marketing or promotional communications, where used, will follow applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Fastezi uses trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including:

Clerk for secure authentication.
Google Maps Platform for address, map, place, and location-based features.
Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
Vercel for website and serverless application hosting.
Neon Postgres for database hosting.
DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage.
Amazon SES for transactional email delivery.
Google Analytics or similar analytics tools where enabled to understand usage and improve the platform.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

7. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with businesses when needed to provide requested services, with service providers supporting our operations, when required by law, to protect users or security, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Information businesses choose to publish may become publicly visible, including business name, services, descriptions, photos, reviews, public contact information, availability summaries, and service-area information. Businesses are responsible for information they publish.

9. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews and other content. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences. Fastezi may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

When an account is deleted, personal profile information may be removed, while certain records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, subscription history, financial records, business records, or platform integrity purposes.
