Where directory listings come from
Some Fastezi directory profiles contain public business facts from Overture Maps, including names, source categories, addresses and map locations. Each profile credits the source and dataset release. Provider-specific licenses and notices are available in our directory data notice. Imported phone numbers, email addresses and complete source records are kept private.
Unclaimed directory profiles
Publication is controlled by administrators and does not verify each source fact. Published directory profiles are marked Unclaimed: the business has not claimed or verified the information on Fastezi. A listing does not imply membership, endorsement, current operating status or permission to book or order from that business. Source release dates are not business verification dates. Information may be incomplete or outdated.
Claiming your listing
- Find your listing, choose Claim this business, and sign in with a verified account email.
- Verify the email already on the business record. If you cannot access it, a reviewer will tell you which documents are needed.
- An administrator reviews ownership and the basic profile together, including email-verified requests.
- After approval, manage the published profile, add services and hours, and continue on Free or explore a paid plan.
Correcting or removing a listing
If a directory listing has the wrong name, address or category for your business, send a correction request with the form below (you can also correct details during the claim process). If you do not want your business listed at all, send a removal request with the same form and we review the request to remove the directory profile and its imported facts. The source identifier remains suppressed to prevent reimport. You do not need to claim a listing to request removal.
Request a claim, correction or removal
Claims continue through the signed-in verification pages. Use this form for corrections and removals; requests enter the administrator review queue. We may contact you at the email you provide to verify details or authority. You do not need an account or a paid plan to request a correction or removal. If a home address or another detail creates a privacy or safety concern, explain it in your request.
Your responsibilities after claiming
After claiming, you are responsible for keeping your business information accurate and up to date, and for the services, prices and availability you publish. The standard Fastezi terms and privacy policy apply to claimed listings.
